Tres Mares Marina
We have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for several years now, always staying at the Marriott Casa Magna, since we like the Marina area. We became interested in looking at a condo in the Shangri-La and we were also shown a condo at Tres Mares. We were very impressed with this remarkably sophisticated and beautiful building and purchased a unit there. We met with the Realtor Alexis Silva Brisset and his brothers. The staff went out of their way explaining every detail of our condo as well as of the rest of the building complex. Crispin, the administrator, has been especially helpful answering all of our questions and concerns on site as well as long distance.
Dealing with Alexis was a memorable experience, as he took time to explain the exciting new future project planned to the north of our building B, which will considerably enhance the value of our new acquisition
At the completion of our transaction with Alexis, it was our impression that we not only found an absolutely beautiful place to escape the winters in Santa Fe, NM. but also gained new friends.

Alexis : Just want to take a moment and comment on my 2 condo's here in Tres Mares. If I had sat down 2 yrs ago and said "Here's what I want" It would be exactly what I got. My Tres Mares experience:
I can not express enough how wonderful our experience was from the moment we signed the construction contract all the way through the closing. The entire Tres Mares team and specifically the Silva brothers, went out of their way to keep us updated and informed of the entire construction progress. Every time we were able to visit Puerto Vallarta during construction, Alexis went out of his way to take us to our condo so that we could see the excellence in construction as it was being built. On our day of closing we were very impressed with the care and excellence taken to schedule our walk through with the Administration, Construction Foreman, Architect and team who showed us every aspect of our beautiful condo, tested every appliance and electrical outlet in our presence and provided us with an owners manual with all of the blue prints and appliance manuals for easy reference. The two small items found during our walkthrough were fixed in less than 24 hours.
Upon arrival into our new condo that day we were presented with a beautiful welcome gift from the Tres Mares team that completed our “5 Star Experience” at Tres Mares.

Tres Mares is, without a doubt, the best built project in Puerto Vallarta. The quality is outstanding, the finishes impeccable and the views beyond belief.
We have been extremely satisfied with the conscientious sales staff. They are honest, open, available and totally committed to providing an excellent experience from the construction phase right through to the turnover of the units. The project has been completed well ahead of schedule and has not varied from the original plans
for the building.
Only by seeing this site can one truly appreciate the degree of excellence in every way.

It was refreshing to see each member of your team so committed to the successful walkthrough of the condo. The contractor, architect, lawyer,administrator, electrician and technicians were professional, personable, and prepared for the delivery of our condo. But we were most impressed by their genuine warmth and interest in delivering our dream come true!
We can not say enough about the staff or the Tres Mares condo. Tres Mares exceeded all our expectations.
