We have been visiting Puerto Vallarta for several years now, always staying at the Marriott Casa Magna, since we like the Marina area. We became interested in looking at a condo in the Shangri-La and we were also shown a condo at Tres Mares. We were very impressed with this remarkably sophisticated and beautiful building and purchased a unit there. We met with the Realtor Alexis Silva Brisset and his brothers. The staff went out of their way explaining every detail of our condo as well as of the rest of the building complex. Crispin, the administrator, has been especially helpful answering all of our questions and concerns on site as well as long distance. Dealing with Alexis was a memorable experience, as he took time to explain the exciting new future project planned to the north of our building B, which will considerably enhance the value of our new acquisition At the completion of our transaction with Alexis, it was our impression that we not only found an absolutely beautiful place to escape the winters in Santa Fe, NM. but also gained new friends.
