My Tres Mares experience: I can not express enough how wonderful our experience was from the moment we signed the construction contract all the way through the closing. The entire Tres Mares team and specifically the Silva brothers, went out of their way to keep us updated and informed of the entire construction progress. Every time we were able to visit Puerto Vallarta during construction, Alexis went out of his way to take us to our condo so that we could see the excellence in construction as it was being built. On our day of closing we were very impressed with the care and excellence taken to schedule our walk through with the Administration, Construction Foreman, Architect and team who showed us every aspect of our beautiful condo, tested every appliance and electrical outlet in our presence and provided us with an owners manual with all of the blue prints and appliance manuals for easy reference. The two small items found during our walkthrough were fixed in less than 24 hours. Upon arrival into our new condo that day we were presented with a beautiful welcome gift from the Tres Mares team that completed our “5 Star Experience” at Tres Mares.
