Services:

Property Inspections:

Our main job is to protect your investment property. We make regular preventive maintenance inspections of the property.

Cleaning service and maintenance program:

Coordination and supervision of basic and detailed cleaning services on property such as change of linens on beds, kitchen counters, stove top, sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, organize vanity, wash sheets and towels, window cleaning, cleaning supplies inventory, etc. Coordination and supervision of maintenance program such as pool cleaning and maintenance, landscaping, pest control, hurricane preparations, etc.

We have professional uniformed staff and they are 100% trust worthy.

Repairs and Maintenance Services:

Timely and competent maintenance is the key to protecting your investment. Our goal is to provide you with this important service at a reasonable price using only qualified personal. You reserve the right to schedule and control any or all repair and maintenance responsibilities if you desire. Routine repair and maintenance will be performed as needed and will be based on urgency and importance. For any major job, we usually obtain written estimates from minimum two different companies, notify you, and obtain your approval before we proceed. We ensure the quality of the work performed by making spot checks and follow up inspections.

You are further protected because each job is fully documented in writing and supported with receipts.

Payment of bills:

Payment of monthly bills; Electricity, water, telephone, internet, Sat. TV. Payment of annual bills such as property taxes, trust, house, medical or vehicle insurance and other annual fees. And all payments requested by the owner regarding the property.

Accounting Services:

Every transaction affecting your account balance is recorded and explained in detail. Copies of all work orders and receipts are kept on file throughout the year. We will be happy to provide duplicate copies of this information at the end of the year to help you with your tax preparations. In addition to the monthly statements we also provide a complete account summary at the end of the year. This shows you each accounting transaction posted on your property during the year: i.e. total rent received, total maintenance expenses, etc. These statements are specially designed to simplify the year-end tax preparation job for you or your accountant.

Concierge Services:

We assists guests with various tasks like making restaurant reservations, arranging for spa services, recommending nightclubs, booking transportation, procurement of tickets to special events and assisting with various travel arrangements and tours of local attractions. In upscale establishments, we are always expected to "achieve the impossible", dealing with any request our guest may have, relying on an extensive list of contacts with local merchants and service providers.

Rental Properties:

If you own a property in Shangrila or Tres Mares, we can help you rent your property and get rent revenue.
